Welcome to Denga ERP
Denga ERP is an integrated retail management platform. It handles the full lifecycle of a retail business in one place — selling at the counter, invoicing on credit, buying from suppliers, tracking stock across branches and warehouses, and keeping a clean set of books — all without typing the same data twice.
New to accounting or system terms? Check out our Glossary for plain-English explanations.
First-time setup? Start with Company Setup, then Foundation Setup. These create the framework every other feature depends on.
What Denga ERP Does
Think of it as your complete business management assistant. Every operational action automatically updates inventory and posts the matching accounting entries.
Inventory
Products, categories, multi-warehouse stock, transfers, counts, adjustments, price lists, barcode labels.
Sales
Customers, quotations, invoices, credit notes, credit note rebates, bulk customer payments — all multi-currency.
POS
Cashier sessions, barcode scanning, split payments, 80mm receipts, returns and refunds with approval.
Purchasing
Suppliers, purchase requests, POs, goods received vouchers, supplier invoices, returns, debit notes.
Finance
Customer receipts, supplier payments, allocations, multi-currency, full bank reconciliation.
Accounting
Chart of accounts, automatic journals, fiscal periods, opening balances, trial balance, P&L, balance sheet.
Reports
Sales reports, inventory valuation, customer/supplier ledgers, and exports to PDF and Excel.
Administration
Users, roles, fine-grained permissions, complete audit trail, in-app notifications.
✨ It all works together
When you make a sale, the system updates inventory, creates accounting records, and tracks the receivable or cash automatically. Approve a GRV and stock arrives in the warehouse, weighted-average cost recalculates, and the payable is booked — in one click.

✅ System is ready to use
Key System Properties
Multi-Branch & Multi-Warehouse
Operate any number of branches, each with one or more warehouses. Users are scoped to a branch; managers and finance see everything.
Multi-Currency Throughout
Sell, buy, invoice, and pay in any currency. The ledger is always in base currency using the rate effective on the day.
Approval Workflows
Quotations, invoices, POs, GRVs, adjustments, counts, transfer requests, bulk payments and POS refunds all support a submit → approve/reject flow.
Automatic Double-Entry Bookkeeping
Every invoice, payment, GRV, and POS sale posts the right debits and credits behind the scenes. Manual journals are still available for adjustments.
Full Audit Trail
Every create / update / delete is logged with user and timestamp. Posted documents are immutable; corrections happen through reversals.
Built for Speed
Real-time UI with Livewire, barcode scanning across the system, Excel import for products / customers / suppliers / prices / counts, PDF export for everything customer-facing.
